For the time being we are only able to make delivery to Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Crzech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. We Cannot ship to a APO/FPO Box, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, And the US Vergin Islands.
Stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with international customers within 5-7 working days. However, if you live in the more rural areas it may take one or two days longer. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we can offer no assistance in these matters.
Shipping Method & Charges
We provide two shipping schemes for our customers. EMS is the main shipping method, free shipping for most countries, it takes 5-7 business days to arrive your door. DHL Express, $18 each item (Please note: some faraway areas should pay for the additional shipping fee, the actual freight depends on your location), usually arrived in 3-5 business days. Please note, we ship to Italy and Netherlands via DHL only. Any more problem, please feel free to contact our customer service.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the country. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for customs clearance are you, our customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Your Right To Cancel
You may, for any reason, cancel the order within 6 hours of purchasing, before the goods are actually delivered, and receive a full refund.
Cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services.
If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Signature Required
A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address the postman will return with it back to the depot and leave a card informing you of this. Please ensure you take the card with you to collect your parcel within the allotted time, or the items may be shipped back without notification. In that case, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package ( for both original and return shipments ), and the cost of returning the package to shoesdealing.com.
There is no dispatch from the warehouse or delivery of orders on Saturday and Sunday. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
